The to-do list has two sections. The first: gather flowers, return library book, mend hem, write correspondence, check weather, visit town. Not one of these is checked. The second section, in blue: followed butterfly, watched clouds, sat in field, lost track of Tuesday. All four: checked. Below, in a smaller hand — Productive enough. Below that, smaller still: or at least that's what I'll call it.
