The label is not delicate about it: TRUE FRUIT PEACH SODA in bold, confident serif type inside a burnt orange shield, PIONEER SODA BOTTLING WORKS, DAVENPORT, WASH. along the bottom — the full graphic authority of an American label from an era when labels were designed to be read across a room and remembered. This is not artisanal. It is correct in a different, more emphatic way. The peach is very good. This is agreed upon.
True Fruit Peach Soda is the collection's second artifact: bold vintage Americana in Eloise's world, the graphic foil to Garden Gin Bottle's painterly still life. Burnt orange and cream, the confidence of a label that has never needed to be subtle. For kitchens, bar carts, dining rooms, and anyone who knows that the right label is a design decision in its own right.
