The Conservatory is Closed.
Not locked. Not gone. Closed. In Vivienne's world, this is a meaningful distinction. A locked door tells you where you stand. A closed door waits to see what you'll do.
This is the last piece in the Magnolia + Midnight collection. Or rather, it's the piece that makes you reconsider the order of the others. The specimens are still inside. The archive boxes are still labeled. The desk lamp may still be on. Vivienne's world does not end — it simply stops admitting new visitors for now.
The print for the person who finished the collection and wasn't ready to be done with it.
