Salt + Citrus - Florida
Portrait & World Prints · Florida Landscapes · Citrus Botanicals
Paloma Maris Bellamy does not explain how she ended up in the Everglades with an albino alligator named Pearl and a parrot named Hemingway who has a complicated relationship with rum.
She doesn't explain a lot of things. The water is warm and the light is extraordinary and she has made her peace with Florida on Florida's own terms, which is the only peace available.
Salt + Citrus is Paperfinch's Florida collection — the real Florida, not the postcard version. Warm salt air, citrus groves, the slow green world of the Everglades at golden hour, the particular light of a Florida afternoon that makes everything look slightly mythological. Bold, warm, sun-drenched, and stranger than it first appears.
The collection is built around Paloma — The Sunkissed Exile — and the world she has assembled around herself: Pearl sleeping in the hull of the boat, Hemingway holding opinions about everything, the water going gold at dusk. Art prints, tea towels, coasters, and goods from a Florida worth actually staying in.
Florida art prints. Florida gifts for her. Everglades wall art. Southern coastal decor. Florida home decor. Tropical art prints.
