💚 What if you don't have my city?
No worries! I can always create it. There will be a $50 upcharge for creating a new city + skyline. Just reach out and I can create a custom listing for you!
💚 What if my city is listed but there's no picture of it?
Just reach out! Etsy only gives us so many spots for pictures so I can't list them all, but I'd be happy to send you an image before your purchase!
💚 What about shipping?
U.S. shipping is FREE! For locations outside of the U.S., just message me first and I can give you a shipping quote. I do my best to keep shipping costs reasonable!
💚 This is a gift. Will it show the price?
Nope! And even better - they come boxed, so they’re super easy to wrap and gift! And if you'd like to include a gift note, just let me know - I can do that!
💚 Can you personalize these?
For personalization, I can accommodate names or short phases. If you're not sure if I can make it work, feel free to reach out before purchase! And I always send proofs before creating your coasters, so you won't be hit with any surprises.
